Terms of service

These terms apply to PrepDay: Production Planner (the "App"), a Shopify app provided byFoysal Solutions ("we", "us"). By installing or using the App you agree to them. If you do not agree, please uninstall the App.

1. The service

The App reads your open Shopify orders through Shopify's official APIs and shows what to make for each pickup or delivery day. It only reads data. It never changes, fulfils or cancels orders.

2. Plans and billing

  • Free: the production sheet for today and tomorrow, printing and the order lists.
  • Pro: 19 USD every 30 days, adding any date, the week ahead, capacity warnings and CSV download.
  • New stores get a 14-day free trial of Pro. Each store gets one trial in total.
  • Billing runs through the Shopify Billing API and appears on your Shopify invoice. Pro renews every 30 days until you cancel it in the App or uninstall.
  • Refunds follow Shopify's terms and are otherwise at our discretion.
  • If we change the price, we will tell you in advance and Shopify will ask you to approve the new charge.

3. Check the sheet

The App relies on the dates your date picker app saves and on the orders in your store. If a date is missing, written in an unusual way, or an order is changed late, a sheet can be wrong. Please check the sheet against your orders, especially for large or special orders. You are responsible for what you produce and deliver.

4. Acceptable use

  • Use the App only for a store you own or are allowed to manage.
  • Do not copy, reverse engineer or resell the App.
  • Do not use the App in a way that breaks the law or Shopify's terms.

5. Your data

Your store data stays yours. We use it only to provide the App, as described in our privacy policy.

6. Availability and changes

We work hard to keep the App available, but we cannot promise it will never be interrupted, for example during Shopify or hosting outages or maintenance. We may improve, change or remove features over time.

7. Liability

The App is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits, wasted ingredients or lost data, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 30 days before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Ending use

You can stop at any time by uninstalling the App. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms and will change the date above. Continuing to use the App after a change means you accept it.
